Long Term India Fund (Master Fund) (LTIF)

Investment Objective: The Fund’s investment objective is to preserve and achieve long-term capital appreciation through investing in equity and equity-related instruments of Indian companies listed in or outside India.

Investment Philosophy: It follows the investment philosophy based primarily on fundamentals to invest in high-quality businesses that are structurally well-positioned, have sustainable competitive advantages and strong execution capability for consistent long- term growth. The fund aims to construct a portfolio of 15 to 20 high quality stocks. The portfolio is market cap and sector agnostic and stock selection is based on best ideas derived post a thorough rigorous research driven investment process across all sectors.

LTIF (master fund), is incorporated in Mauritius and holds a Category 1 Global Business Licence from the FSC and has been authorised to operate as a collective investment scheme that is classified as an Expert Fund for the purposes of the Mauritius Securities Act 2005 and the Securities (Collective Investment Schemes and Closed-End Funds) Regulations 2008. The master fund is also registered with SEBI as Category II – foreign portfolio investor. EAMS (a wholly owned subsidiary of Enam AMC Pvt. Ltd.)  acts as an investment advisor to the manager.

ENAM India Growth Fund (Cayman) – Feeder Fund
  • ENAM India Growth Fund (Cayman) Ltd (“Fund”), is incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company under the provisions of the Companies Law (as amended) of the Cayman Islands and investing in LTIF (master fund).
  • The Investment objective of the fund (EIFG (C ) will be substantially identical to that of the Master Fund (LTIF). The Fund will generally invest all of its assets in the Master Fund – LTIF.
  • This fund would be primarily suitable for US Tax-exempt and Non-US Investors (Shareholders)
ENAM India Growth Fund (Delaware) – Feeder Fund
  • Enam India Growth Fund (Delaware) LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”) and investing in LTIF (master fund).
  • The Investment objective of the fund (EIFG (C ) will be substantially identical to that of the Master Fund (LTIF). Rather than make portfolio investments directly, the Partnership will generally invest its assets in the Master Fund – LTIF.
  • This fund would be primarily suitable for US Taxable and Tax exempt Investors (Limited Partners)
