Beware of Fraudulent WhatsApp Groups and Social Media Impersonations of Enam Asset Management Company Private Limited.

It has come to the attention of Enam Asset Management Company Private Limited (“Enam AMC”) that unauthorized and fraudulent WhatsApp groups, email IDs, and other social media platforms are impersonating Enam AMC. These entities falsely use our company name, logo, and even the identity of senior executives to promote stock recommendations and mislead the public.

We wish to alert all investors and members of the public that:

• Enam AMC, including its Employees, Fund Managers, Directors, and Shareholders, is not affiliated with any groups or individuals on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms that offer stock tips, investment training or advice, or block trading services.
• Enam AMC has not authorized any individual or group to create WhatsApp groups or operate on any social media or mailbox platforms on its behalf.
• Enam AMC is not associated with these fraudulent groups or communications in any manner.
• We strongly advise investors to exercise extreme caution and to immediately exit or disassociate from any such groups or individuals.
• Enam AMC shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred by individuals who rely on or act upon information or recommendations shared through these fake platforms.

These activities are illegal and unauthorized, and we strongly condemn such attempts to deceive the public. We urge everyone to remain vigilant and not fall prey to such scams.
